Who we are
About this site
Sewer Line Repair Indianapolis is a call-in referral service. It exists to make one unpleasant moment, a sewer line that has stopped working, a little easier to sort out.
What this site is
This site publishes plain-language information about sewer laterals in Indianapolis and a phone number you can call. When you call, your own call is connected to an independent local contractor who works on sewer lines and speaks with you on that same call. This site does not perform sewer or plumbing work and does not employ the contractors.
There are no forms on this site, no contact details are collected for anyone to reach you later, and there are no outbound calls, texts or emails. Anything you arrange happens between you and the contractor during your call.
The information
Why the guides exist
Sewer problems come with unfamiliar words and decisions: laterals, cleanouts, lining, bursting, permits. The service pages, neighborhood pages and guides explain those in Indianapolis terms, with links to public sources such as Citizens Energy Group, Indiana 811 and the state licensing agency, so you can go into a conversation with a contractor knowing what to ask. How the pages are researched is described in the editorial policy.
Checking a contractor
Questions to settle with any contractor
- Ask for their Indiana plumbing license details and check them with the Professional Licensing Agency.
- Ask whether they are registered with the City of Indianapolis, insured and bonded, as Citizens Energy Group requires for lateral work.
- Ask how they will diagnose the line and whether you will receive the camera video.
- Ask who applies for the Citizens permit and schedules the inspection.
- Get the scope, timing and warranty terms in writing before work begins.
What this site will not do
- Claim to be a plumbing company or that it performs the work.
- Publish invented reviews, ratings, licenses or guarantees.
- Promise a response time it cannot verify.
- Sell or pass on your details for marketing.
